RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Five Sisters Zoo’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 5th November 2018 to Friday 9th November 2018 on Heart Scotland.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the on-air studio (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air along with the telephone number.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

4. Each day of play from Monday 5th to Friday 9th November the presenters will ask three questions relating to animals from Five Sisters Zoo.

5. The person brought to air who guesses the three animals correctly will be chosen as the winner. If they get any wrong, another caller will be brought to air. (until there is a winner?)

6. Over 18s only.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. The prize each day is a family pass to the illuminations at Five Sisters Zoo plus £100. There will be five winners total.

9. The £100 will be in the form of a cheque and will arrive within 28 days of winning. 

10. The Family pass is valid from the 10th November to the 23rd December 2018. Admits 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 15 years) Entry is from 6 – 8.30pm, closes at 9pm. Tickets are subject to availability as maximum is 1200 visitors on any one night. Illumination tickets are non transferable to the Zoo during the day. No monetary value if prize not used between the above dates. No change of date offered once night is chosen.

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
